  • 81% utilization, tight packing. That's how sheets should look before they meet the printer.
  • Ganging these designs together saves 1 sheet versus printing each design as its own run.

Don't forget: when you rebuild this layout in your design software, mirror the ENTIRE sheet before printing, every design flips at once. And leave the gap between designs for clean cutting.

How it works

Plan the sheet before you print the sheet.

  1. 01

    Set your paper

Letter, 13×19 wide-format, A4 or custom, plus your printer's unprintable margin and a cutting gap between designs.

  2. 02

    Add your designs

Every design with its print size and quantity, mix keychains, coasters and mug wraps in one batch. Quick-add chips carry verified blank sizes.

  3. 03

    Copy the layout

The planner packs everything onto the fewest sheets (rotating pieces when it helps) and draws each sheet, recreate it in your software, mirror the whole sheet, print.

Gang sheet FAQ

Getting the most out of every sheet of sublimation paper.

One sheet of transfer paper carrying multiple designs printed together, ganging them up. Instead of one keychain design floating on a letter sheet, you fit twelve keychains, two coasters and a mug wrap on the same paper. Same print time, fraction of the paper cost.

Layouts use a shelf-packing algorithm, near-optimal for craft-sized runs and easy to recreate by hand. Your design software's rulers are your friend: place pieces row by row as drawn. Remember margins vary by printer; borderless modes can print closer to the edge but may distort sizing.
